empty promises

Hifi corporation has the worst service delivery ever. FirstLy they will say they deliver 10 to 14 days and they delivered after 2 weeks. they don't communicator anything. Finally after delivery the bed set that i bought the base was broken, they promised to collect the base even now I'm still waiting for them. I call them every single day they tell me they will call me after 24 hours even now. Yesterday i requested them to return my money so i can get a new bed from somewhere, they haven't responded even now the matter has not being resolved.

Will never ever purchase from hifi.

I am very disappointed.!
