I am very disappointed with hi fi corp. On the 16th January I try buying a fridge online, their system is ****y I had to upload my ID photo but their system does not allow me to take a photo of my ID or drivers license, I have been trying ever since,then I requested assistance from their chat service, on the 17th January a guy by the bame of Mongezi Ngozo contacted me and asked what the problem was I informed him and he said their system was under maintenance I should try later on and If I dont come right I should send him and email he will assist, he sent me an email in order for me to have his email address that was just before 7am after 9 am I tried again but had same problem, I them sent him an emails. Guess what?? He hasn't rep**** to my email till today I haven't heard from him. This morning again I tried making the purchase still not successful. They should really do something about their system because previously I struggle also. As for Mongezi not getting back to me is something else.I can just choose to go to another business and purchase there if I am not getting great service.
