Double debit but only 1 application

Hi....two application were opened on my name...upon discovery I immediately told them to rectify the problem before my debit order goes off on the 20th December.....they told me the matter was resolved...but when the 20th came I was double debited....when I phoned on the 22 Dec to question this...I was told it would take 72 hour's for money to be returned....up until now I don't have my money....I need this 2 be resolved as in today please.
