Double Billed in the same month

They first of all debited my account early in December - Way early - Didn't even have pay yet.<br> They apologised for this and said they will rather let me EFT the monies owed on my own accord.<br> We both agreed to this.<br> Yet today I see that I have been double billed this month, I EFT the amount PLUS you sneaky *******s have changed the debit order name and taken off the amounts as well.<br> Who in the HELL gave you authorisation to change the name and assume that I would just consent to letting you send the debit order off - I would say that that is a case of *****?<br> I am going in to see my bank this morning and ask them to oblige in this matter as I feel you have acted **********ly HI Fi Corp!
