Don't waste your money here

A few hundred Rands less is not worth the frustration of bad service and incompetency you will be receiving from HiFi Corp. Spend the extra money at places like Game and incredible connection. If you want to waste your time, feel free to purchase anything from this establishment. Based on the reviews here, I don't even know how they are still allowed to operate legally. I have been unable to do any work, waiting for a laptop that was ordered and paid for on 23 July. If I had known I would be subjected to this garbage, I would have gone in-store to purchase my laptop, but dealing with a funeral had to be tended to, and I trusted that a popular business like this would be able to deliver. At this point, I don't even trust that the laptop I ordered is of good quality, too many complaints about damaged devices. The delivery time is 3-6 working days, my tracking number says it is with the courier. How is it possible that not a single consultant, team leader, manager, general manager, operations manager, is unable to tell me where my package is and when it will be delivered?? How much stress is requesting a refund going to cause me now, wasting more of my time.
