Dont use them if you want peace of mind

Worst company to purchase online from. I have ordered a product from this company on the 22nd of Saptember 2021, today is the 1st of October and I am yet to receive the product. I have called this company to lodge a complaint and to request for a refund, because honesty I dont even want the product after such service. After lodging the complaint I am yet to receive a response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Please dont order online from them, any business that takes itself seriously would not use a company that has no good reputation for delivery.
