Don't use Hifi corp online store

I bought a few things from HiFi corp and I am having issues with the courier company giving me the run around. They keep on telling me my parcel will come on a specific day and when the day comes the parcel doesn't arrive and I have to call them to find out what is happening.

I brought this matter to HiFi corp and I am being told that because they are a different company from the courier, they can't help.

This will be the last purchase I ever do from them. The lack of responsibility from them is shocking so now I have to continue chasing up with the courier and it has been 3 days of constant calls.
