DON'T THROW YOUR PACKAGING WHEN BUYING FROM HI FI Corp

I purchased a SANSUI computer mouse on Saturday the 18th July 2020. When I got home I tested it and it worked fine.I the threw the plastic packaging. On Monday the 20th July the mouse wheel stopped working . I took it in to return and was told they had no stock. Because I did not bring the packaging I was told that I had to pay 15% which made me upset. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that I should have read the fine print on the reverse of the till slip. I had to wait about half and hour before the teller sorts out the refund and then she asks me if I had two rand change. The customer service is pathetic at HI HI Corp Springfield.Durban. I will NEVER ever buy a product from HI FI Corp. Please be aware when buying from this company.
