Don't let these people get your bank details

Don't give these people your bank details, they tend to just debit your account whenever they feel like it and then don't respond when you send queries. You guys ruined my Christmas by Debiting my account on the 14th instead of the 30th when I get paid. Seems like a bunch of sick people working in your accounts department. please don't tell me to contact connectfin or JGD because they don't even have the decency to respond
