Don't buy the Samsung 32 litre Solo Silver at Hifi Corporation

I bought a new Samsung Solo Silver 32 litre microwave because my old one broke after over 10 years of use. The Samsung broke after about a month of use. I returned it as it was obviously under warranty. I was told to wait about a month to have it fixed. What part about having a working microwave oven in one's house, especially over the festive season, does Hifi Corporation not understand? I can't wait a month. I need a working microwave now. The customer service consultant who handled the case told me it was the third return of the same Samsung microwave that week and it was only Tuesday. Why does Samsung not recall the product and why is the product not replaced in kind as it is clearly from a faulty production line?
