Dont buy online

<p>Useless is an understatement. Their online store has no correlation to their admin department. I ordered a freezer, then cancelled it due to lack of feedback from Hi FI Corp. After 10 days i get a call from the store stating that they are ready to deliver. The online call centre is terrble ( no hold music, no messages, long wait times) . The staff are helpful when you eventually get them on the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dont go online if you dont have the processes to support it. There are plenty stores that do it right, maybe learn from them and get yourself a business process manager</p>
