DONT BUY FROM HI FI CORP.

We bought. A samsang note 8 from hi fi corp.Later it started giving. Problem so we booked it in for repairs as we have the extended. Warranty agreement. Date was 2015-03-29, and every time my wife went to find out if it has been repaired they were passing the buck.and said come back the next day it will be back then the next day they will say who was helping you.and that person is not working. To day .So then i went as it is over there 21 day policy. And then it got escalated. To Head office. Then i was told first becouse off eskom. Power cuts it is delayed.ps. not my problem. Ok thene the same day later i was told they were wating for spare parts from over seas .so up to date my Wife went 9 times to hi fi corp.and i went 7 times .SO DONT BUY FROM HI FI CORP.
