If I knew what I was getting into I would never have bought anything from this business. Please heed my warning DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM!

I have bought an item for 8k online, 8 days ago. I have no product or no real explanation of what my money went towards or even how to get it back. The customer service on Whatsapp, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook even telephonically is TERRIBLE. I get the same answer from everyone "the matter has been escalated and the relevant team will be in contact". I have not heard from them in 4 whole working days. Not a single soul!

So if you love your peace please don't buy from this company. Their service is HORRIBLE.

The more I read the feedback from other customers the more I realize I should done my homework on this company BEFORE i bought from them. So if you are reading this, please learn from my mistake and DON'T BUY FROM THEM. All you will get for your money is frustration.
