DON'T BUY AT HIFI CORP OR HI SENSE

I bought a 50 inch smart tv in November 2020. One day when switching it on I discovered that it doesn't switch on and shows a line. Right now on 27 March 2021 I am at hifi corp woodmead and they say it is out of the 4 year warranty because apparently it has a cracked screen. The cracked screen is not physical or outside apparently it is on the inside?? They refuse to repair or replace, never buy a tv at HIFI CORP or Hisense for that matter. 4 months in and already the warranty has expired.
