Don't buy a Milex product from HiFi Corp

I handed in a faulty Milex toaster under warranty on 15 January 2024 at HiFi Corp Baywest and was told that it would be assessed and repaired/replaced and the process could take 21 working days. It is now a full month and I am still without my toaster. Queries are merely met with " it's the supplier" as a response and the matter remains unresolved. Shocking service from both HiFi Corp and Milex!!
