Don’t bother yourself with buying from hi fi

I have a 9kg Hisense front loader washing machine, I reported the Machine having issues I think in Late April. I waited for them to come in and check the machine this was then done in May, throughout June was told the machine needs a pump. End of June was called to get credit for the machine and get another one, I went in Store to centurion to chose a machine and when they didn’t have a better alternative I had to ask that they get me the Defy that was being sold which is 10kg but for a little more extra. I am not winning with getting this washing machine thing sorted. I will have to pay the difference and delivery of 2 washing machines not just one! Because they don’t fetch their defective products when they should and they don’t deliver without an added cost to me!!! I stay less than a kilometre from this store so Why??

I’ve waited for the longest time to get the matter resolved and I still have to pay extra because they don’t have a better alternative and I still have to pay for delivery but the delivery doesn’t seem to be happening! There is still no machine for me still no way forward and when you call the store they don’t answer. So now I’ve got to go back in again to try get this thing sorted.

This is honestly very poor service. It’s a shame.
