Dont bother with online purchases here....if you want something

I placed order ********** (online it has the order number ********** 93) on 26 October 2018 and I paid invoice ********** 6 that same day. It was supposedly delivered on 3 December 2018 (tracking number ********** 263). I never received it then or ever. I queried this on that same day. I have spent ridiculous time holding on for customer complaints and ridiculous time on the online chat (to Yuri over the on Tuesday and Wednessday and Chelsea on Thursday and Friday – see complaint ********** 629 and various other reference numbers - Hi Fi Ecomm #948421, Hi Fi Ecomm #948968 ) and all I get is “there are no updates”. This was bought as a birthday gift for my son’s birthday, on 10 December 2018
