Don't answer their phone

I have spent the day trying to call the Strubens Valley branch of HiFi Corp, but the phone rings until it cuts me off. I've not just tried once either, since 8am this morning until 3pm this afternoon, multiple attempts to call and they just don't answer their phone! You can't make money if you don't answer your phone!!
