Do not shop at Hi Fi Cotp, no customer service

Sadly I cannot give a zero star!! Possibly the worse after sale service ever. Delivery arranged last week for today .... its 15h00 still nothing. Nobody gives a **** there. Sales girlie was VERY happy to take our money last week.... with so many errors in the order, its delayed the entire process (of course she is not in today). Half our paperwork is apparently missing, including our TV license lol.. then how did you sell us a TV?? They were one of the only places who had the unit we wanted in stock... but a stark reminder of why we don't shop there.

Sandy, sales assistant off duty now, so apparently no longer her problem. Phones are not answered... ALL DAY. Adam, the manager is nowhere in ANY type of customer service. Still waiting on him to step up and actually make a call to us....#hificorp #badcustomerservice
