Do Not Shop at Hi Fi Corporation

<p>We bought a Sansui TV from Hi-Fi Corporation in Southgate on a Sunday morning and got home later that evening it switched off and stopped working. We took it back to get a new TV on the Tuesday which worked for 26 days then switched off again and stoped working. </p> <p> </p> <p>We took the TV back to the store and they refused to give us our money back stating that they would need to complete an assessment that would take 21 working days. The assessment has nothing to do with us and we just want our money back as we will never deal with this silly store again. Not only that but they hire silly managers too. We were informed by employees from various Hi Fi Corporations that the brand is facing issues and experiencing alot of returns and that Hi Fi is known for selling rejects, that is why we as innocent consumers are now faced with this.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager, Julien Godeffroy is rude. She would not listen nor acknowledge the situation and lacks atonomy who cannot make decisions which makes her a useless manager. Julien is unemployable and do not shop at Hi Fi Corporation.</p>
