Do not purchase online from this company

17 days since online purchase, still no delivery. I stay in Cape Town, not an outlined area. No sense of urgency from Hi Fi. Black Friday purchases can not be collected in store as per Hi Fi. I will not spend another cent at Hi Fi. Don't quote 2 to 5 days deliver if it's a LIE, quote actual lead times and get rid of your supply chain management, very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!
