DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I had to bring a concerning matter about a particular retailer and maybe you could assist with the right channel to approch. About to months back I approached one of the JD Group store which is partners with pepkor group. In particular HIFI corporation conubia. I was initially approved for credit and present all nessary documentation for validation upon submitting a gentleman insisted that I have an out standing account which I denied as I presented a ITC report proving that this is untrue and that they could maybe provide which account they talking about. However refusing to provide valid reason I left. Knowing that I own a car worth 1million and a house worth 2million I could of easily purchased these items cash. After 2months I app**** for small vehicle with Ford credit and absa and was initially approved however just on validation they picked up a retailer whose commented on the system that be aware of this client who is potentially ***** due to these comments my deal was declined. And so I was so confused cause all my retail account were upto date and they were actually offering me more . I eventually found out that this was pepkor group which is part of the JD Group and could of only been HIFI corp in conubia mall . I called and approached them with no valid response . I contacted the ***** department and they themselves could not respond of find any reasonable explanation as to how did the branch in conubia come to that conclusion. This has cause major irregularities in my profile and has effected me in a major way. I am also speaking to my attorneys on opening up a law suite against the JD Group for false accusations without any reasoning. But my strongest feeling and opinion is the manager at that store who is a female Indian lady that has major attitude and that is why this branch is always quite.
