Do not purchase anything from Hi fi corporation online

Never purchase anything online, I bought a tablet in December 2019, still not delivered worse part my account was blocked by HiFi Corp, I can't even cancel my purchase. I went to South gate mall, the Manager tried shame but the sales consultants and cashiers kept on laughing that I bought online now i annoy the branch with my complain, I must complain online.
