DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I placed an order online a week ago (27 10 2019). The courier company phoned on Monday to arrange a delivery day and time. We made special provision for someone to be available on Thursday to accept the delivery. Needless to say, Thursday came and went... So did Friday!!! I phoned on Saturday to find out about our order. The lady reassured me that she would get the courier company to phone us immediately. Again we waited to no avail!! I phoned again this morning, only to be told that their systems are offline in order to prepare for black Friday. How on earth do you expect to be able to handle black Friday orders if you cannot even handle a simple, everyday order? The lady on the phone told me that their delivery time is between 7 and 14 working days... That would be acceptable if the courier company themselves had not called us the day after we placed our order to organise for a delivery that never showed!!! I strongly suggest that you look into another courier company because the idiots that you have delivering your stock are costing you business. I want this matter resolved asap or we will be taking this further.
