DO NOT ORDER FROM HIFI CORP!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY PLEASE

I ordered a DEFY 8KG Washing Machine from HIFI CORP on the 10th December 2025, and to my surprise, they sent me an email saying they will deliver it on the 12th December, so I asked to work from home on that day, so I could 1. Get the necessary plumbing work done, and 2. Received the order. Not only did they not deliver the washing Machine, but they didn't even bother to call or make any form of communication with me.

On the 22nd December 2025, I called and spoke to Tsepo, who made promises to escalate this matter further, then there was silence, no communication and no washing machine! I called them AGAIN on the 5th January 2026 (because now this has become my problem and not theirs, since they have my money) and spoke to Vusi, who basically said the same thing Tsepo said.

On the 7th, I got a call from a PMB number ***) from an unprofessional lady who shouted, "Did you get your order?" to which I screamed back NO! Then she proceeded to hang up!

Yesterday I received an email saying: "Please confirm if you have received your order". PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF the frustration, time and money and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, I REPEAT! DON'T DO IT.

They are unorganised, unprofessional, and it was my first and last time buying from them!
