Do not order from HiFi Corp

Do not order any large appliances online from HiFi Corp. I ordered a chest freezer online last week with the promise it would be delivered in 2 to 6 days. I have a function this weekend (which is why I needed the freezer). So here we are on day 7, according to the tracking number the order has not moved from step one (payment confirmed). After 4 phone calls, 2 escalations and absolutely no response whatsoever... I'm here. I sent an e-mail into a black hole requesting a refund but didn't even get an automated response. How can a business get away with operating like this... I cant get my head around it
