DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH HIFICORP

Horrible experience!! I've been trying for months to get HIFICorp to clear my name and allocate my payments instead they keep handing over my account. Someone's incompetence has my name listed as a slow payer! This affects my credit profile very badly and I've been sent from pillar to post with no assistance. They are saying that I reversing the debit orders but they are using debicheck and a debicheck cannot be reversed by the client only the service provider. Since October I requested a detailed statement and to have the interest accumulated to be credited but I'm not getting any joy! They handed my account over to ADRS and they were not helpful either,only concerned about how much my next payment will be. I've been sending emails and even calling I'm not receiving help.
