DO Not get anything with HiFi Corp

I am soo disappointed with the service I'm getting from Wi-Fi Corp in Woodmead. We put in an application with them a week ago and every time when we follow up we are told to come because they are doing a verification. The entire week this has been the story only to realize yesterday that they never submitted anything. They promised to do it yesterday in the afternoon. We get there today only to be told they didn't submit anything. Even an approval for a new car doesn't take this long. We only want a refrigerator.
