DO NOT EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM HIFI CORP!

I WARN ANYONE AND EVERYONE THAT WANTS TO ORDER ONLINE - DON'T!!! I AM VERY UPSET CUSTOMER! I was called on Friday 22 May 2020 saying that my freezer that I ordered online on Wednesday 20 May 2020 would be delivered on Monday 25 May 2020 by 7pm. I phoned your call centre at 4pm yesterday to check that the freezer would still be delivered and was told that it would be as it is out for delivery. 7pm came and went. I phoned your call centre again this morning where I was then told that the freezer would now be delivered in 14 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! How do you go from 2 to 6 working days (according to your website) to 14 days!!!!!!! I want this freezer delivered this morning as a matter of urgency!! Your call centre is rude and puts the phone down. They have no respect for any customer that calls through. They don't care about the customers!!! Order no. ***. Tracking no. ***. THIS IS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!!!!!!!!! RESOLVE WITHOUT DELAY!!!!!!!
