Do not buy online, you wait very long for a refund

Returned a defected product on 17 March and I still do not have a refund. The somerset west store refused to refund an online purchase, they apply for a refund from HO. I have been following up with Lyn, who said Friday the payment will be done but nothing has been done. The store should refund online purchases and then get their refund from HO themselves. They can wait a month for the refund, the client cannot because we need to replace the product
