Do not buy laptops from Hi Fi Corp !!!

I bought a ilife Zed Air Celeron laptop at Fourways Crossing on 30 June 2021. On 26 August the screen started malfunctioning. I took the laptop to the Sputhgate brach on 27 August & was assisted by Mbali who advised it will take 21 working days for the repair. Today is 24 working days later & i still dont have the laptop, neither have i received any phonecall regarding the repairs. Yeaterday i logged a complaint on their FB page & was asvised there's no record of my laptop being repaired. Can Hi Fi Corp please refund me immediately as the product literally broke after 8 weeks & of no use to me at the moment.
