DO NOT BUT FROM HIFI CORPOATION!!! RED FLAGSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! I wish I could rate -1 stars. I bought a bed online on 29 Nov 2025. Initially the delivery date was 4 Dec 2025. I then took the day off from work to make sure I am available. Guess what, no notifications nothing. I then check in with them at 2pm and ask will the delivery still be happening and they say yes that's what it says. Spoiler alert, nothing came. I spoke with Phumzile from customer care who "logged a complaint" and said I would be contacted I'm 24hrs. Nobody called. I then contacted customer care again, spoke with Kenneth this time, was told the same thing. Mind you, I have lost a day's pay and I am sleeping on the floor. Today is the 9th and I checked again, guess what I was told? "We have logged your complaint". I don't know what I thought I would have no issues with this order (only my 2nd ever) because this place is so disgusting the way they treat their customers. And there customer service levels are a joke. My first ever purchase from them was a phone. The box was opened, the carrying port gave in after a month and they told me sorry, its out of warranty. Anyways, lesson learnt. Let me see if I can get my money back and buy a bee elsewhere.
