DO NOT BUY FROM HIFI CORPORATION ONLINE STORE, OR FOR THAT MATTER FROM HIFI CORPORATION AT ALL

Firstly, If I could give a negative 5 I would gladly do so!!! I was one of the stupid people who tried to buy from HiFi corporation via their only store. I purchased a set of JBL 4'" speakers and I gladly paid my amount outstanding, fast and friendly service..... Oh ***, if I only knew. Today marks the 9th day that I am still awaiting my promised parcel, this after I was told by their so called "Customer Care" that it take 2 - 5 days to deliver. I have been sending e-mails, tried to get hold of their "Customer Care" dept, you name it, the only response I get is that they have escalated my query, nothing further. The Customer Information Centre Team Leader (Tshepo Maketeke) does not even return your calls, nor does he actually say anything worth while, the only thing that they are good at saying is that they are so sorry and they will escalate, but in the meantime you, the Client are left in the lurch, they do not care and they most definitely do not know the meaning of the word "Customer Care" . I have asked for my money to be returned, I have asked for the contact number of the CEO and all I am getting is....... your query has been escalated!!!!!!!!! Do not make the same mistake as I have made, rather buy your stuff via Takealot, they are actually geared for customer service, not like HiFi Corporation who doesn't know the meaning. Ag well, I will continue to right these stupid comments on all the social Networks, maybe the CEO will hear of my plight and maybe he can arrange either my money to be returned or my parcel delivered, who knows........
