Do not buy anything

Bought a fridge, cash and paid for delivery. They delivered a dented and scratched fridge, which I only saw when they were delivering. I refused to take the fridge and said it must go back to the shop. Surely it went back, but they wont refund my delivery fee. They say their head office JD Group is refusing because they outsourced the delivery and they claim they delivered the product. They did not deliver anything to me, a product with defects does equate to a delivery. The fridge is aw at the shop had no defects, why would you choose a dented one then claim you delivered and fail to replace my money. To make matters worse, after they delivered the one with defects, they said they will refund me, I went to their shop to sort that out. Lo and behold, they had a perfect fridge up on display, but they fail to deliver the right products, I urge everyone NOT to buy anything there
