Disservice

Today I visited Hi-Fi Corporation(Parkmeadows) to purchase Kaspersky internet security for 2pc, selling at R499. However it was too expensive I decided to compare prices since the company says; "we beat any price". I found it cheaper elsewhere for R349, I then I asked a sales person to beat the price. The response I got from the sales person is that they can't beat the price because their product is already on promo while it's advertised with a normal price. I then asked to see the manager, the response that I got is that branch manager Ivan Breen said; "He is very busy with his admin work so he can't come to speak to me".

The question is why do you have him as a manager while he can't avail himself when ever we need clarity or is he there to beautify the store?
