Dissatisfied with service

I was asked to load a gift card with funds instead of lay-bye and was not advised that the is no refund once gift card is loaded. The sales person said once I have loaded I can come the following week and must come to him and he promised a discount and that raised expectations as a client , when I went back I waited for more than an hour to get R150 discount. How pathetic , he also promised that the delivery will be on the 6th Oct 2021 but no one contacted me . I contacted Hifi corp mall of Africa to follow up on delivery and I was promised by the manager that I will get a call back within 30min with an update and no call received from the manager or Kagiso the sales consultant. Seeing that the have my sale it seems like no one cares about the delivery. Should the delivery not be done by the 7th Oct 2021 for my washing machine . I will need my refund and take my business where else.
