Dissatisfied customer

I am a very unhappy customer. Three months ago I lay-byed myself a microwave for Christmas. As I went to the shop to pay my last payment in December the teller told me they don't have any stock and they don't know when there will be any available. They also wanted to give me a demo microwave and I refused. Last week I went back to the shop because they said they are going to deliver the microwave for free that's the best they can do for me. They told me by Thursday pass that I will have my microwave and I'm still waiting. It's almost a new year and I'm still waiting.
