Dissatisfied beyond words.

I have placed an online order on 27 November 2017 and to date, 3 January 2018.... I'm still waiting and think I should report this to the ombudsman. Order status only shows that the item has been shipped. No one could telephonically really offer any assistance and I wish I never made the order. In fact, I will never buy from them again.
