Dissapointing di

On the 20th April I purchased a bed online and delivery was supposed to be in 5 working days. I could not track the order and decided to contact them on the 26th. Every time I am told things are escalated and when requesting to speak to team leader they are not available. I deeply regret ever making a purchase with them. No customer service at all. I requested a refund on Wednesday and no mention of the request or follow up. Purchase at own risk they are so unreliable. I am still waiting for my money.
