Dissapointed in their service

Hello Peter I'm dissapointed in hi company maponya mall bought mi smart box from them it got damaged I took it back on the 15th of February till to date when I call the shop they tell me they will get back to me. I asked the shop to give the technicians who are checking the smart box to call me since waiting pls assist because my entertainment is on hold now.. It's a month now waiting
