disgustingly low service

I ordered goods online on the 7th of August 2019.Till to date i have yet to receive my good that i have been using my airtime to call the call center to find out whats going on two weeks later nothing has happened. I find it very unprofessional that i was told i was gonna receive goods in 2-5 days but there is nothing, the disgusting part is that i have paid for these good i do not owe them
