Disgusting Service with bad attitude

I bought a washing machine Defy at Hi Fi Corp Carnival 10/06/22 on the and I was assisted by Lebo, when I got home the machine did not have the pipes and then I had to return to the store and it was taken from another machine to give it to me, when I started using the machine it started to give me problems it keeps on stopping which defeats the whole purpose I bought the machine in the first place. I went back again to the store only to be informed that a technician will come to assist which did not happen on time them weeks later a man come unannounced to my home and advised that the area was not level. Once again i informed the store then this time was requested to send the which she did not acknowledge at all ***.at no point when I bought the machine was advise that i will need to send videos if the machine is not working. I'm so disgusted by the service at Hi Fi Corp and the bad attitude at this point i want to return the machine and get my money back kindly assist.
