Disgusting Service Hi-Fi Corporation N1 City

I bought a Table in last year July 2020 took insurance out for 6 months. The table fell I took it in to the shop last year Dec 2020. went back to the shop in Feb. 2021 to ask if there any feedback on the phone they said no but I must submit my paper work, I send them an email with all paper work attached the 25 Feb 2021 so i phone them to ask if they received the paper they could not say cause the lady i send the stuff to was on leave,so i was waiting on feedback still nothing. I phone today the 6 April after waiting for almost 2 months feedback they tell me today that they see i did send the paper work and they will only be able to submit my stuff today hell no this is not on DISGUSTING service I feel this is not on.............
