Disgusting service from HiFi Corporation

I ordered a product and expected the delivery to happen with 2 - 3 days as indicated on the website. I received an SMS stating that the delivery will take place on Monday and I need to ensure that someone is available to take acceptance of the delivery. This never happened. I have now logged a complaint and followed up a third time on where my order is, to no avail. I was also informed that it takes 24 working hours to resolve a complaint. I find it unacceptable that no one can tell me where my order is. It was apparently even escalated yet no response or feedback. I will never support HiFi Corporation again! I regret buying anything from this business.
