Disgusting service from hifi corporation

Bought a dryer online and two weeks later haven't received dryer or refund. Made numerous calls to customer service and a dozen emails but no response whatsoever. Customer service kept saying systems are down and they will get back to me, but they never did. Please do not buy from hifi corp. They are ********* and unreliable. They need to be exposed. My experience with them has taken a toll on my health and this experience has left me traumatized.
