Disgusting service

HIFI CORP got my Money the day before black friday. To date no freezer no calls except to tell me my non existant freezer would be delivered... Not sure what planet this was... But im still waiting. They dont contact you back. After multiple "escalations" and guarantees a superviser would be in touch before the close of business... Which year? Im not sure. But absolutely dont give a damn about the customers. Im Still waiting for my freezer for over 3 weeks.
