Disgusting service

The online service of HiFi corporation is disgusting...I think this process was made in order to **** customers...I placed an order on the 29/11/2019 and still today nothing has been done about it...I tried numerous times to contact them and failed...there is no communication whatsoever...when you chat online with their *********** consultants you get empty promises...can I just please get my refund back...HiFi corporation is a joke of a company
