Disgusting Service at Hifi Corporation!!!

I have ordered a gas heater online on the 17th of June 2020. After paying, I immediately had a change of mind and I used their chat functionality to chat to one of the consultants and he advised I must send an email to *** cancelling my order. which I did, but I did not receive any response, sent several email follow ups, no response,tried calling, phones are unanswered.until today, no refund, no heater. now the consultant says he does not see any of my emails. the service is appalling! please bring back my money!
