Disgusting service at Hi-Fi Corporation

I had the worst disgusting service at HIFI Corporation Kenilworth yesterday. I bought a Canon video camera, the camera box was not sealed I disregarded that. When I got home I saw the actual camera was also not sealed and had a dirty screen with no plastic that shows its a new camera but it had finger prints that shows the camera has been used before either as a demo or its coming from an unhappy customer. The only thing thing was sealed in that box was the camera bag. When I called them to let them know of the problem and that I need my refund so that I can buy a brand new camera else where as I was sold a second had one by them! They told me the refund will take 7 to 14 working days. I truly disgusted by this service its wrong in so may levels, you can sell someone a second had product and expect to only give them their money back in two weeks. You guys are seriously disgusting I feel like puking everything I had.
