Disgusting service

HiFi Corp, your service is absolutely disgusting! We ordered a printer online on 27 June and according to your website, delivery takes 3 - 5 business days. We have been more than patient. Your call centre never answers the phone and your chat service on the website promised feedback yesterday, but nothing happened. Also, our emails are being ignored. I finally got through to the call Centre this afternoon and spoke to Kayoom. I requested that we collect the printer from one of your stores over the weekend as we don't want to wait until Tuesday for delivery. He promised to call back and he never did.
